Yamaha, one of the world's largest two wheeler manufacturer's are now all set to launch their new sporty bike Yamaha R6 in the ever growing Indian two wheeler market. This new Yamaha R6 is expected to get launched here in the early 2011.

This new Yamaha R6 features a 599cc 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, 16-valves, D0HC Petrol engine that will provide a maximum power of about 127 Bhp @ 14500 rpm and a maximum torque of about 65.8 Nm @ 11000 rpm. This new sporty bike, Yamaha R6, with a 6-speed manual gear transmission system features a chassis of Aluminium die-cast Deltabox in it.

New Yamaha R6 features Telescopic fork Suspension at the front and Swing arm Suspension at the rear. Also this new sporty bike, Yamaha R6 features a 310mm Dual discs brake at the front and a 210mm Single disc brake at the rear. It also features wheel size of about 120/70 - 180/55 mm and a clutch, which is Wet, multiple-disc coil spring.

This new 2011 Yamaha R6 available in the Yamaha Blue, Midnight Black & Red colors is priced in India at around Rs 6 lakhs.

Yamaha SZ-R

Yamaha, one of the world's largest Two wheeler manufacturers have launched their new model in the segment of reliable commuter bikes in India. This new model, Yamaha SZ-R that comes under the SZ series, successor to Yamaha SZ and SZ-X, is considered to be a sportier version of Yamaha SZ-X and comes with new features and shades.

This new Yamaha SZ-R features a 153cc Air-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC Petrol engine that will provide a Maximum power of 12 Bhp @ 7500 rpm and a Maximum torque of 12.8 Nm @ 4500 rpm. This new bike, with a 5 speed maanual gear transmission is expected to return a mileage of around 60-70 kmpl in mixed driving conditions.

This new Yamaha SZ-R features a Telescopic Hydraulic suspension at the front and a Hydraulic Shock Absorber suspension at the rear. The much needed addition in this SZ-R, is front disc brake which enhances the braking power for more safety. Yamaha SZ-R is available in 3 shades - Quality Black, Quality Red and Quality Blue.

Yamaha SZ-R will compete with the likes of Bajaj XCD 135, Hero Honda Hunk, Suzuki Zeus and Honda Unicorn. Price of Yamaha SZ-R in the ex-showroom Delhi is around Rs 55,000/- and it will reach around Rs 63,000/- when it get first into the road.

Yamaha, one of the worlds popular and largest Premium Sports Bike Maunufacturers coming with its latest 2011 model FZ1 Superbike. This all new 2011 Yamaha FZ1 is a 998cc sports bike featuring Stylish design and outstanding performance. As per the reports, the latest sportsbike, Yamaha 2011 FZ1 will be released by early 2011 in January or February at a price of $10,490.

Coming to the technical specifications of the new Yamaha FZ1 2011, it comes powered with a 998cc, DOHC, 20-valve, liquid-cooled, 40 degree inclined, in-line four-cylinder engine.This ultra-lightweight engine comes tuned to boost the performance with a comprssion ratio of 11:5:1. Yamaha, one of the leading two-wheeler makers is going to launch its new upgraded version of the existing Yamaha SZ-X model. This new Yamaha bike will comes available under the name New Yamaha SZ-X Disc. This is because that the new New Yamaha SZ-X model has got disc brakes.  As per the reports, the New Yamaha SZ-X Disc bike will hit the indian roads on thee very next month and is available for a price of around Rs. 63,000/-.

While coming to the specification details, New Yamaha SZ-X Disc is powered with a 153cc engine which delivers a maximum power of 12 Bhp at 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 12.8 Nm at 4500 rpm.
